Just thought I would share today's food and training!
Breakfast 7:30 am
Mid Morning Snack 10:30am

Snack 2 - Pre Workout Meal
Intra Workout Shake
Post Workout Shake
Evening Meal
Bedtime Snack
Tonight I trained Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, with a gruelling workout from Andy Rennie - Giant Sets followed by drop sets!
