BBQ Chicken Pasta Bake #2

Another twist on my earlier BBQ Chicken Pasta Bake

250g Wholewheat Fusilli Pasta (Cook Italian)
75g Chopped Raw Red Onion
100G Choppe Zuccini (Courgette)
100g Chopped Green Bell Pepper
40g Weight Watcher Grated Reduced Fat Mature Cheddar
3tbsp Sainsburys BBQ Sauce
400G Raw Chicken Breast

1. Grill the chicken on George Foreman
2. Boil the Pasta
3. Spray some low cal cooking spray at the bottom of your baking dish
4.  Add the chopped pepper, pasta, chicken, onion and zuccini into the dish and mix well.
5.  Pour the BBQ Sauce on top and mix
6.  Sprinkle the cheese on top
7.  Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until a wee golden crust forms
