40g of Tiana Coconut Flour
1 Scoop of Sci-Max 100% Vanilla Whey
10g Chia Seeds
1/2 tea spoon of Baking Powder
2 tsp of Stevia
50g of Peanut Butter
3Tbsp of Water
1. Add all the ingriedients (except the pb) in a bowl and compress into a ball.
2. On grease proof paper add some coconut flour.
3. Using a rolling pin roll out the mix into a long rectangle.
4. Spread the peanut butter.
5. Roll
6. Bake for 15 minutes at 150 degree in a pre heated oven.
Serve warm with frozen yoghurt (I recommend Sainsburys Lick Vanilla Frozen Yoghurt), and melt down 1 square of Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate to drizzle over the top.
